We wouldn´t call it cheap, we would say it is good value for money. Our founder, J.C. Jacobsen had a great philosophy, "to make good beer available to all". He was a remarkable fellow - you'd have liked him. Probably.

Why is Carlsberg cheap? A better question than you might imagine. Carlsberg is certainly not a discount beer based on inferior ingredients - we pride ourselves on only using the best - it's just that we feel that great beer shouldn't be the privilege of the elite - but be available to everyone to enjoy when and when they want it. It's the way it's always been and it always will be. Cheers everyone!
